Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. I appreciated the cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms, which was refreshing. However, the dining options were limited and not very appealing, and some aspects of the service left much to be desired, particularly in terms of responsiveness. Overall, it was an average experience, primarily due to the dated facilities and the lack of attention in certain areas.
While the hotel has a few highlights like comfortable beds and quick maintenance responses, my overall experience was marred by cleanliness issues and poor management. The dining options left much to be desired, and the location felt inconvenient due to unexpected construction. I expected more from a hotel under the Marriott brand.
My stay had its ups and downs. On one hand, the hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming, which made for a pleasant check-in experience. However, the state of the rooms really left a lot to be desired, particularly the unpleasant odor we encountered. The fitness center was also lacking as the water cooler was empty during our usage, which made it less enjoyable. Overall, I felt the hotel was okay but could definitely use some improvements to compete with newer options.
While the hotel features some nice aspects such as clean rooms and comfortable beds, my experience was marred by significant service issues and ongoing maintenance problems. The location is somewhat convenient, but it's also tricky to access. The dining options could use improvement as well, making the overall value for money questionable.
I had some major highs and lows during my stay. The food was exceptional, especially the breakfast, which was well-prepared and delicious. However, the room left much to be desired, with issues like a musty odor and shabby decor. The service I encountered varied; while one staff member was outstanding, the check-in experience was frustrating. Overall, I cannot say it lived up to my expectations for the price paid.
